    Collins Inn & Suites was a great spot for our family getaway. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved having a microwave and coffee maker for late-night snacks and morning coffee. The AC worked well, and the internet connection was reliable.

    Everybody was excellent. The service offered was efficient. The facilities were clean and easy to use. Absolutely perfect location in a 30 mile area made it easy to get to key attractions.

    The local eats around Collins are a culinary dream! I discovered a cozy spot with homemade biscuits that took me right back to my grandma's kitchen. The room I stayed in, the King Room, was surprisingly comfortable and clean, perfect after a long day exploring. Plus, its location was just a hop away from all the local attractions!

    The rooms are huge with 12' ceilings, giving a spacious feel that's hard to find. Enjoyed the large soaker tub located right in the middle of the living area-definitely unique.

    The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Cup rings on the nightstand, dusty surfaces, and hair in the bathroom were noticeable. Ice machines on the floor weren't working, and the two towels provided felt pretty stingy for a family of four. The main areas of the hotel looked dingy with stain patches on the carpet, which didn't help the overall impression.

    convenient location , but room cleanliness needs attention

    The room was spacious , providing plenty of room for my family to relax. We also appreciated having a microwave and coffee maker, made late-night snacks and coffee in the morning easy. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

    The overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations.

    Family with children needs to think twice

    The staff was helpful,, , made dealing with the issues a bit easier. Plus, the overall cleanliness did help ease my eyebrows from the chaos going on.

    It wasn't exactly affordable like a bargain bin,,, but I guess you get what you pay for.
